This is a weird situation but I figured I should share so other customers can be aware. I bought a ring from Kay’s jewelers in Ashland on December 17th for $1,000 after I used a $450 coupon. Well the ring I wanted wasn’t in stock so the woman who helped me (claimed to be the owner and excited to get the sell) told me she’d order it online and it’d be no big deal. Well she ran into an issue with using the coupon which was no big deal because she said she had a way of going around it and could still get me my $450 off. Fast forward a few weeks and I’ve had multiple charges in my credit card for $1450. No biggy at this point because I figured I’ll just call the store and they will fix it for me. Well they acted like they had no idea who I was so I had to call the Kay’s card company and start a fraud claim. So now my account is frozen for 90 days to figure out what that woman at Ashland Kay’s did to my card in order to charge me multiple times full price for a ring I had a coupon for. It was all just a big hassle that could have and should have been avoided. They made their mistake my problem and I didn’t appreciate that. I wouldn’t recommend this location . Especially if you plan on using your...
Read moreMy experience was quite positive overall. The store has a wide selection of jewelry, ranging from fine pieces to more casual options, which makes it suitable for various occasions and budgets. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overly pushy, which I appreciated. They were knowledgeable about the different types of gemstones and metals, and they took the time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable browsing and was able to take my time to make a decision. The store itself was well-organized and clean, with elegant displays that showcased the jewelry nicely. I particularly liked the way they highlighted their unique pieces, which added a personal touch to the shopping experience. Overall, I would recommend coming here for anyone looking for quality jewelry and a pleasant shopping experience. Whether you're looking for a gift or something special for yourself, it's...
Read moreCalled in on Sunday to have a watch shipped to the store so that I could look at it in person and decide if I wanted to buy. They said they would call me Monday or Tuesday to tell me when the watch would be in, it is now Wednesday afternoon and no word. I called them only to have them tell me that my order was unable to go through. I would have to buy the watch in order to get it shipped there, completely defeating the purpose of getting it shipped there in the first place! I think I'll just stick with Jomashop and get watches 30%...
