Update, the prices of things have gotten way out of hand. We took our kids over there for one of their friends' birthday and gave both of them $50. The younger one played only games and only had enough points to buy a ball blaster. That would have been fine if not for the fact that it not only cost $5 online but because it is cheap crap, the thing was broken out of the box.... To top things off, my wife went up there to try and get it exchanged, and the manager said, "We can't change it out because it will mess up our inventory. Sorry, there's nothing we can do.". Not to mention the prices of mini golf are INSANE! It's an unmanned game! They are charging $10+ for mini golf? We just got back from the beach a month ago and paid less than that for a supper nice corse that you could see the ocean on. I mean really, what are we doing here.

With all that said, I understand that it is for the kids to have fun and that you are paying a premium for that. But can we not make the values and prices absolutely ridiculous. I mean, if you want to take your young kids there and pay a couple of bucks each to let them play in the play area, I think that's fine. I just think it's in poor taste to so blatantly over price every single thing there. From the games to the prizes to the bigger things like the mini golf. I can say that we will not be going back here on our own ever again.

I would caution anyone who plans to go here to understand what you're getting into. And I don't know how it is possible that this place has such good reviews.

I had an amazing time at Malibu Jacks and what set my experience apart was the staff. I rode the bumper/twister cars and my phone fell out of my pocket and into a tiny crevice of the car without me realizing. Once I noticed my phone missing at the next attraction several employees went with me around the location to different rides to try to find it. I thought I would be out of luck when we couldn’t find it even with find my iPhone. That is when an associate named Donna really stepped up. When I had almost given up hope of finding it even though it showed it was still in the building she came to my rescue. Donna from the child play area at first told me how to properly use the find my iPhone feature to get the correct direction. After many failed attempts she was able to take a break from the area she was assigned to and walked with me navigating to my phone for at least 30 minutes. One of the techs and supervisors had already taken apart the bumper car I was in and didn’t see my phone but Donna went above and beyond tracking it for me. She saw that it kept pinging near the bumper cars even though we didn’t see it and insisted on taking it apart again to verify herself it wasn’t there. She was able to find it in a tiny crevice of the underneath of the car. My phone was just slim enough to squeeze through and went unnoticed previously.
