Second Hand Rose Clothing Store — Attraction in Ashland

First time in the other day looking for a dress for a teen. It was clean and pretty well organized for a thrift store. Some of the pricing was a liitle high for how dated the pieces, but they were above average quality for a thrift store. The staff person there that day was not particularly helpful. Attempted to get a fitting room and stood for some time while he played on his phone. I apologized for the interruption, asked for a room, and the heavy sigh made me feel like we were a burden. The sign on the fitting room says to hand unwanted items to the clerk, so I asked where he wanted them and he nodded to a coat rack and said he guessed I could put them there if I wanted to. There were only a couple other shoppers there. Checkout was equally apathetic. Either he's staffing that place against his will/family of owners or simply hates his job, but it was an unwelcome 'I'm sorry we're here bothering you" kinda vibe. We made one purchase and...

I’ve dropped my clothes off a couple times here; however, the workers here need to learn customer service, today I walked in and they were IMMEDIATELY rude! I never EVER leave reviews for places but today was outrageous. When I walked in and tried to speak to the lady at the desk she just ignored me and saw I was there ?? and the lady in the back looked at me for a minute and then said “do you even have anything” since I came in empty handed due to a lady, who had just walked out and I was making sure she was done since the sign on the door said “one person at a time”. But from them asking my account number to them telling me to “get out” with zero enthusiasm or anything. I’ll be back to get money when my things sell but I won’t be bringing anymore...

Rude staff..upon arriving for the first time, I was scolded, not greeted, for using the wrong door to consign clothing. I was again not greeted in the next door by those taking in clothing and told none of my items were acceptable, some of which were designer new with tags never worn. After none of my items were taken for consignment, I decided to look around in the store. Through a curtain that separates the two areas, I overheard staff talking about me and my items.
