Big Dog Bounce — Attraction in Ashtabula

Had my Grandsons 2nd. Birthday at Big Dog Bounce on APRIL 20, 2024. When we rented this for his party we were told we had (TWO TABLES) YES 2 enough for 30 people. Are little area could barley hold 15 people..We got there and only had (ONE TABLE) We were told that there party planner host does setup and cleanup and also helps with the stuff for the 1st. Hour and then has the kids come to the table for the last hour to eat do cake, presents ext. They did NONE AND I REPEAT NONE OF THIS. My wife got there and checked my grandson in and the worker was rude when my wife asked who's name she was to put down the worker said WELL OBVIOUSLY THE CHILDS. And never gave my GRANDSON A WRIST BAND (WITCH WAS THE BIRTHDAY BOY). The one worker told one of the children that were with our party that she could take my grandson down the slide and in the other bounce houses so she did. Well the owner came over and proceeded to tell them to get out and that the birthday boy was kicked out. When there worker did not do there job. They did not do there job at all they did nothing that we were told they would do all they did we feel was harass our party and lie about what we would get for $150.00 we could have done this ourself for that price they litterly did nothing at all besides take $150.00 from us for nothing. They are very unorganized in every aspect, Very unfriendly, very unsafe, very unsanitary. If I could give negative 5 stars I definitely would. This place ruined my GRANDSON'S 2ND. BIRTHDAY PARTY. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND I WILL TAKE THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT JUST TO SHOW THIS SO CALLED BUISNESS THAT THIS IS NOT HOW A BUISNESS IS RAN AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CHILDREN OR ADULTS.Not to mention there were 5 different woman in and out from behind the counter so much confusion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING..They are just out for the MONEY not the children and...

This place is a complete and udder joke. The biggest problem was the fact that the party was to accommodate for 30 people and it barely was enough for the kids. There were 20 chairs at the table and my friend was told in order to use any other part of the party space she would have to pay an additional 30 dollars but there were no other parties coming in at all today. The guy who was in charge of photos was rude and running the show like it was his kids birthday but he was solely hired to take pictures not tell everyone what to do. You pay all this money and give kids 1 hour to jump on bounce houses and the rest of the one hour is supposed to be eating, opening presents, cake and cleaning up. The party space is hilarious, it looks like an empty store with shelves. They took shelves from closed stores in the mall and that is where you put gifts. Take all this money from people but you can't even spend any of it to make the place look welcoming. 10/10 would never recommend anyone to literally waste their money at this place. Boys enjoyed the variety of entertainment , go from huge bounce slide to rolling tunnel , to maze and crawl . Really long entertainment for the kids . Autism approved also , safe area for no verbal , very active boy . Some of the motor sounds bother his hearing but he gets used to it with some time. We take our own drinks and snacks , they allow this . You do have to leave your socks on , or can purchase theirs that have grip on the bottom for climbing. Well worth the 9$ , no time limit . Kids do get very thirsty ! Any time I have been there one person has been at the counter and always kind . Will always recommend and go back . Not quite sure about how they clean but no issues here .
