Went to get a knob for my dryer. Took knob and model number with me. Gave guy number I found online for it. He spent 10 minutes double checking. Says he found it but number wasn’t the same as the one I gave him. Was off a digit. Welllll, part comes in and it’s not correct. The place they ordered from won’t take back so this is now my issue. And since you have to pay before they order I’m stuck with it. Somehow did get the correct knob in and charged me additional for it. Drove 30 minutes to give the small guy my business. Not anymore after this. From now on I will just shop Amazon. They won’t screw you for their mistake. They take stuff back....
