Only positive reviews here! Moving and buying furniture is always stressful and when things don't go as planned it only makes matters worse. Michele's Furniture and its employees have gone above and beyond what I ever expected a furniture store to do. They made an extremely stressful situation smooth and worked with me hand in hand. I went to Michaels Furniture this past Thursday after conducting a Google search for nearby furniture stores. I was instantly welcomed and the owner helped me pick out a great sectional and arm chair. My husband and I are weekenders in the area and needed a Friday or Saturday delivery and he set it up for delivery on Saturday (two days later), which is not a normal delivery day for GOTL. The customer service from Micheals furniture seems nonexistent these days. My new sofa arrived a light blue design with a white background. The throw pillows sent were huge and black not the same ones/or style as I saw on the sofa when I purchased it. However the manager insisted I received the right ones without him seeing them.
