El Toro No 2 Super Meat — Attraction in Athens

Stopped here for a bite. They sell food for dine in or take out as well as a variety of Mexican brands. The store is cute and the food was good but they do lose some points due to service. Although, I did not have an issues speaking with staff because I am Mexican and speak Spanish. My bf is not and his Spanish is very limited. He ate and went back to order more food (he can order in Spanish) and he was completely ignored. I watched as he waited for someone to help him and the staff just walked past him and looked at him multiple times. I love going there to eat but I went like 15 days ago and the service in the kitchen was bad, it seem like the were irritated because people were ordering food, a customer even to one of the young kitchen ladies , that when she was done chit chatting if she could serve him. In spanish he said " Me puede atender cuando acabe con su arguende. We have been going there for years. But just the service with those ladies...

I'm from Seattle. Came into this space and how refreshing! An alternative to the local big stores. They had great pepper selection, produce, hominy and meats! I bought pounds of bacon which I would way prefer from the packaged grocery. Love to see some daily...
