Bank of America Financial Center — Attraction in Atlanta

My thoughts about Bank of America, my 75 yr. Old client is getting about to be evicted from his home. I help him get a loan on his hold life insurance. The check came, I took him to his bank that he’s been with for over 10yrs. Bank of America. They told him that the check would be available the next day. Took that man’s check, when he went to get it to pay his bills. These folks told him he couldn’t get that until 7days. They didn’t give him not one penny. Now, all of the efforts I’ve done to help this man survive. Bank of America doesn’t care about their customers. They took his money to make interest while he stands to be evicted before his 7 days hold on the check is up. I told him that Would’ve done better at the check cash...

By far Bank of America is the worst ever with customer service mainly in the Black community were they only have one teller working with ten customers in line and 5 or 6 additional employees playing on the computer acting busy . This is at several Atlanta area locations I even went in to cash a check and the Branch by Greenbrier states they were out of cash WOWW well that sums it up for me but people we must stand against this poor service that Bank of America offers the black community .This is everyday at every location...

I don't think you really realized how stressed beyond I was when I arrived inside the bank, just money as the stress problem. Long story short, you seriously assisted me greatly today (for cashing my check,) and however many are reading this, just know this is legit. 💯
