China King — Restaurant in Atlanta

On 19-Oct, visited restaurant for takeout and ordered Cashew Chicken. Got order and returned home only to find that my Cashew Chicken was missing something (yep, no cashews). Called restaurant back was was informed that they had run out of cashews (this was not told to me when I ordered or when I picked up the order). I was told to come back in next day and they would resolve. On 20-Oct, I go by restaurant to get the Cashew Chicken that I paid for only to be told that I could not get a refund or replacement Cashew Chicken. What I was offered was a cup of cashews.

My suggestion, avoid this place if at all possible. At best they are hit and miss and they will definetly try and pull a fast one on you if you are...

The food is okay but I'm not please with the fact that they don't have menus with current prices. When I asked about them updating their menu, I was told that they haven't been printed yet. Someone posted a review two months ago that mentioned the same issue with prices and decreased quantities. It doesn't take more than two months to print new menus. Most people don't pay this any attention but I do. It's not fair that an establishment that we have spent money at for years would treat their customers as if they don't matter. In this day and time every dollar counts. At least give us the courtesy of showing current prices and let us make up our minds whether we still want to support...

Sweet and sour chicken was great. There is a surcharge if using your card btw. She gave me my receipt. I noticed the taxes were off. She only gave me receipt to card machine. I asked for a detailed receipt. Then I noticed the charge. I asked her why she didn't tell me. She said it's on the wall. Rudely. I asked for a side of gravy. She asked what kind? I said brown.
