Oh My God! Y’all! This is my new home! This was the best facial/microneedling experience - hands down.

First, Cyndi is an Angel. I really believe that. The energy in her establishment was awesome and welcoming. The layout was relaxing and inviting. She did not overbook, so I didn’t feel rushed. And…..She was not judgmental of my acne riddled skin at all. And I appreciated that.

Second, Cyndi did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn’t want or need. Although, I do regret not purchasing some of the products that she used. I will buy them next time.

Third, she was incredibly THOROUGH with the facial. She explained each product. (Like y’all… she’s OLD SCHOOL KNOWLEDGEABLE. She knows this stuff!) She took her time and was patient with me. As far as the microneedling, she used numbing cream, and let it sit and process for twenty minutes. So the treatment was PAINLESS. Oh and believe me I was concerned about that. She even gave me a drop of some peppermint CBD oil that I need to buy next time. Yes, it was amazing!

Fourth, she cares! Yea, that surprised me too. She sent me two follow up messages to make sure I understood the aftercare protocol and to remind me of the do’s and don’ts.

I have so many positive things going on in my head right now writing this but I’m going to try keep it short and sweet Cyndi is one of the coolest, most knowledgeable, caring and goes above and beyond the call of service she has not only been very pleasant to meet and have work on my face, I am just amazed by the amount of results so far and I have tried a few other places before finding her, truly no coincidence, she’s a Gods send- I really appreciate her and her work is amazing and she cares about her work you can tell I’m just so thankful.
