Today, I was ordering a smoothie and asked what the Vegan protein was made out of. The young male employee had no clue and just looked st me without saying a word. When he asked his co-worker she said, "plant based". Well, I have to eat gluten free....so I asked, "what plants?" One girl piped in and said Pea Protein. With that I ordered the 10$ smoothie. When I had it in my hand I asked to see the protein container. Well, it was not pea protein and it said it was gluten free "but made in a factory with gluten products." The team of 2 girls and 1 guy were no help. They were not paying attention or even trying to answer my questions. One girl turned her back on me and would not turn around as I was trying to show her what I was asking her about. Kale Me Crazy marks their items GF or V, but the staff cannot answer simple questions, nor do they care to. I never got upset with them, I was just needing ther help. They were immature and not prepared to help customers with the menu items. I won't be back to that location. It is much too expensive to receive no respect or help! Kale Me Crazy is the best healthy eatery in Atlanta! The fresh menu along with friendly, happy staff makes eating healthy enjoyable while at a convenience! I love that the KMC employees are ready to help navigate the menu and educate you on it's health benefits.
