Very strange experience. I called to ask about pricing for treatment for TMJ with Botox. She said it depends on the person, so I asked for the price per unit (other places I called were forthcoming about it and told me right away). She sounded bothered by the question and asked if I could be placed on hold. I said that's fine and waited for over 9 minutes, so I hung up and called back. She answered right away, but told me the call was being recorded because I didn't appear to be calling from Atlanta. I have an 843 area code because I moved here from South Carolina. I'm unsure why it could possibly be a bad thing to not be from Atlanta seeking their services, but more concerning yet is that they would leave someone on hold indefinitely without no concern for their time.
