I had tickets for the symphony Pops concert. They clearly sold way too many tickets for the parking available. I tried to turn in where it said event parking and was directed away because it was already full. Spent nearly 40 minutes in another line to try and park at a nearby Park and got up to the end of the line and was told that was full and was directed back to the event parking, And I was told there was parking there. There was no available parking and there were many many cars behind me also looking for a parking spot. After an hour of trying to park the car we finally left and went home. This was a poorly planned event. And even if I had been able to park at the Park where we were redirected it was a very Long walk, so if you’re not in excellent health I wouldn’t even attempt going there. I would definitely think twice about going to events there or get there extremely early.I was there 40 minutes before the concert started and the lot was...
Read moreNot impressed. The Immersion Experience was cool, it’s a good 30-45 mins long in a large room with plenty of space to sit on the floor and just watch. Keep in mind this is not a movie about Van Gogh, it’s just a large display that changes and melts into different works, many of them animated. It’s cool, just don’t get your expectations too high. Other than that, there is 2-3 small rooms with some oversized artworks and a few plaques with some general history of VG. After the Immersion you have an opportunity to break out the crayons and color your own VG artworks (yeah, it’s about as exciting as it sounds), and with the VIP you have an opportunity to experience VG in VR. Meh, thanks anyway.
Overall not a great VG experience, I’ve seen better with much more...

Both the Van Gogh event and the Bridgerton experience were really fun, great for pictures and entertainment. The open warehouse style of the building allows for a lot of flexibility when designing an exhibit. Both experiences were laid out differently but the flow was well designed. I hope to go back for the Monet exhibit, as well as to try the restaurant on site as I haven't yet.
Only downside is parking is a little overpriced, but there are two parking lots. One is to the left of the building, while the other is to the right on the other side of the larger...
