The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, and we had really high hopes for this place. However, the quality of food needs a lot of improvement. Attached is a photo of the San Francisco Styled Noodles which is advertised as “Buttery, springy noodles with lots of garlic.” The fettuccine pasta was not springy but instead undercooked, and there was barely any garlic. Being that the menu is Asian-inspired, I did not expect a watery pasta dish to come out. In addition, my husband ordered the steak frites which was an ill-prepared NY strip cut in half and shared with a woman sitting at the table behind us (who received a refund for it). I want this place to survive, but it’ll require a lot of improvement.

Ordered the chicken dumplings, massaman eggrolls, chicken bao bun and the steak on a plate. The dishes were all pleasantly presented. However, both the buns and dumplings were made from the strangest chicken I’ve ever had. The consistency of the dumplings were as if the chicken had been ground into meatballs, precooked and placed inside the shell. Very dry and not very much flavor. The small, thumbnail-sized chicken pieces put into the bao bun reminded me of “tender vittles” cat food. The steak was the smallest and thinnest $36 ribeye I think I’ve ever seen.

I'd recommend this spot to anyone! Perfect spot for some chill cocktails and/or a quick meal! Been here during Pullman events, and spent several hours here this weekend for brunch. Chicken and waffles are phenomenal. Sandwiches for lunch/dinner times are also amazing! Only thing better than the food/drinks is the friendly and welcoming staff. Kayla is my favorite human, and Jacob made the best drink recommendations. Come vibe with these wonderful people. P.S. - Dog friendly on the patio area!

(Food was on Point!) “Shout out to the kitchen on this hot day!”

Kind of a mix bag experience..

Multiple dirty tables… Service was pretty much non existent. Get it all ordered if you have someone come to your table, it might be your only shot! If your a server, please just write all orders down, it will make you more money…

We got the wrong drinks, food was auctioned off at the table and then they all just reached across everyone to set food down.. I never want see anyone’s armpits (male or female) in front of my face.. just walk 2 feet to the side and set it down in front of the person who ordered the food. Missed out on rounds of drinks, by not asking

Take it for what it’s worth.. 25 yrs in Hospitality Management & Development

Helpful tips that will create a better guest experience and profitability. 1.) Have servers write down orders and repeat them back…. Or…. 2.) Have an order station, pay and give the guests a number.. Food delivered to number on table 3.) Create seat position at every table for easy food delivery & separating checks (seat 1, seat 2, seat 3, seat 4) 3.) Laminate the menus - so they can be cleaned hourly.

Please throw away the paper menus you handed our table. Our friends made jokes about them being...

Food: The food was ok. Nothing truly special to write hone about. The burger was a hockey puck and looked grilled from frozen. The shrooms sandwich was ok. The BTL the bacon was burnt black. The steak sandwich was good. But honestly the best thing was the popcorn honestly.

Service: I'd love to to tell you who our server was but I don't know we saw the same person twice. Service was really slow. We got there at 5:30 on a Friday. We were the only table in the restaurant at that time. Took almost 30 minutes for our 4 bar drinks. Took about 45 minutes for our food. Took almost 20 minutes for them to figure out how to run 2 credit cards. Unfortunately, we were late for our show at Pullman because they took too long.

Service Charge: so I was surprised when my credit card charge came. The bill presented to me said one amount but my card was charged for more. I looked and they added 20% service charge for our table of 4. When I asked the waitress she stated they charge 20% for the kitchen and rental of the space but it wasn't tip. No where is this charge on their site, their menue, anywhere. Why you trying to steal...

The food was good, nothing special, but the service was atrocious. My father was in town visiting our 4 month old son, so we drove down to Atlanta to visit the Jurassic World Exhibition. He was tired and getting a bit fussy by the time we ordered our food, and the staff did absolutely nothing to mitigate the experience. They forgot our drinks, then brought us the wrong drinks. They made my father’s burger a veggie burger instead of the regular burger he ordered, so we waited upwards of 40 minutes for his new burger. All while my son was extremely cranky and over it at this point. We received a half-hearted apology and free fries/sodas. The restaurant was relatively empty due to the holiday weekend, so I’m not sure what was going on. It’s very clear there is a lack of communication...
