Edit: Gave this place another shot and received great service. Whole new crew here now and same great food. Nice work guys!
I love the Cold Brew and breakfast sandwiches here, and I used to come to this location about 6 days per week!
HOWEVER, I don't come to this location as much anymore due to a shady character that works here. On multiple occasions, he has asked me to "pay cash" for my order, even though the CC machine was working fine?? I refused and he said "it's because your order is under $5"... as if that is a logical explanation.
On another occasion he said he gave me a 'discount' and asked that I "leave a larger tip, in return for the favor". I work in the restaurant industry, so I know a theft scam when I see it.
Since I haven't gone along with his schemes, he started charging me more for my coffee than the other 6-7 employees who regularly serve me. When I called him out on this, he refused to serve my coffee and I told him flat out that he is "the worst person who works here"!

Read moreI gave this coffee shop so many chances. From the same worker taking my order to forgetting what I ordered. To workers snickering because they don’t how to pronounce my name when it comes to saying my name out loud to receive my coffee. Today was the last straw. It was completely dead in there. I ordered a drink and waited an abnormally amount of time as there was no one else waiting for the drink. I was watching the baristas make their own drinks and they randomly glanced over and ask if I was missing anything. I was so shocked. I told them I was missing my coffee I ordered and they just started making it and realized there was a ticket printed out with my order. They didn’t seem at least fazed or apologize. Imagine tipping on watching the workers make their own drink and you waiting there? I will never ever come here again. That’s gross...
Read moreGood vibes, good staff and good food and drink saddled by mismanagement that results in items being out of stock as the norm, and $1.50 refills for self-serve coffee. It is possible to have a trip where you pay kinda-average-ish prices for genuinely good food and good staff. That said,I just paid over $10 for a latte at a place where I don’t know if I’ll be able to order it next time I’m there, and can expect to get nickel and dimed AFTER the initial overpriced purchase. IMO they should charge $14 for the same latte, include tax and tip, and use that money to fix their supply chain and stop harassing people to pay for things that are usually free. This is genuinely premium product being ran like a...
