Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Atlanta

Unfortunately, I can’t post anything less than 1 star !! This is the worst tropical smoothie cafe in the world !! I have work for a total of 3 tropical smoothie cafe’s before getting a transfer to this location which was the worst mistake I could’ve made !! The Store owner Jay Patel is unprofessional, rude , & self centered. The couple of months I have worked for this establishment , the cleanliness of this restaurant has dropped tremendously (this store never gets properly cleaned) . The lids of the tops of every single blender have became the home to millions of fruit flys and BLACK MOLD !!!!! Blenders are never cleaned if you so happen to stop by please take my word and look at the bottom of the blenders and the top of the lids that are both filled with black mold. Concentrates that are using to complete many of the customers smoothies contains dead fruit flies. The restrooms which people use daily are disgusting and never clean !! The store owner JAY PATEL only uses half of the ingredients for every food and smoothie item to ensure that the store has enough ingredients to last until the next truck order smh which is why most of your smoothie are flavorless and water down. The bend on smoothie side that customers look at daily which also contains ice and the water pump that is used to make smoothie has black mold as well. It’s so many health codes that are being broken at this establishment is embarrassing. To finish this review off this location and store owner who is a manipulator, and just someone who doesn’t care about his employees nor customers isn’t worthy of any type of customers services!!!!! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY...

A wonderful extended stay at tropical smoothie cafe… My 1st time at this location I expected it to be kind of quick, I've been to some other ones that have drive-through and usually only takes me like a couple minutes and they seem to know what they're doing blah blah blah… Anyways I walk into this one at 12:30 of all times lunch rush time, there's no drive thru, so youd think they'd be on their game on the interior, (their only method of service) There's a guy in the back cooking chicken? there's no other customers in the restaurant.. he continues to cook instead of coming up and asking me what I want. he then walks over to the pay thing, And then just starts talking on the phone with somebody that I didn't know he was on the phone with, doesn't acknowledge me.. and then yells for the other employee that should be working up front who's not there, and then he takes my order. The other worker finally shows up (from the bathroom I guess?) Hands me my receipt, and then she takes the guy behind me's order who's walked in 5min after me.. And then she slowly (while watching a video without headphones) makes the GUY WHO WAS BEHIND ME's order.. she makes his smoothie 1st and hands it to him (he was very clearly in no rush, meanwhile I'm pacing back and forth running late for work) and then she took her time making my smoothie after... The whole encounter took at least 15 minutes and I was just blown away by the service! The smoothie...

Located in the Publix shopping center. The overall vibe is clean and friendly. I didn't have an idea on what to try so I asked the cashier. She suggested the island green smoothie. It's listed as a fan favorite on the menu.

I will revisit this place as it was fast and friendly. Love the openness and airy feeling of the sitting areas. The food also looked pretty tasted. It's located in parking lot of the Publix next door to a dry cleaners and bank. Lots of parking near entrance and you can park in the Publix parking lot which is a couple feet away. Don't park in the dry cleaners  parking spots. They will tow your car. Drop by again to grab dinner and send a few emails. There was another person working and as well. This time I wanted to try something other than a smoothie. I had the Caribbean jerk chicken bowl. It was spicy and came with a bag of chips. I'm not so sure chips made sense with the bowl. I ordered my food and grabbed a seat. The cashier brought my food to table. It wasn't clear if this is the norm. I did some work while I ate and sent a few emails. I don't think they...
