I have been using Bayshore as my local pharmacy for 30+ yrs . I have 2 serious illnesses that come with regular complications requiring a number of different medications at a given time. I use 3 different pharmacies and doctors for monthly specialty meds. Out of all 4 pharmacies unfortunately Bayshore has dropped to last for me. Over the past year there have been problems including: receiving other patients medications, a patient's Medicare/Medicaid insurance coverage information including DOB, address, med list, and ID numbers mixed in with my medication print out form. I immediately brought that paperwork back to them and I seemed more alarmed then they did. I had been given the wrong milligrams at times and most recently had a doctor listed on my medication that I had never heard of.....twice. upon noticing my bottle I called Bayshore to question this. I initially was told it was an error and they apologized. I said "ok" I know mistakes happen.. but the next month it happened again! I was informed that that doctor was "in the same practice " as mine. However little did they know that my doctor has a single office practice and the doctor that was listed on my bottle was a dentist with a seperate office. I decided to have my prescribing Dr. call Bayshore directly. while in her office she explained that this medication is controlled and should raise an alarm giving a DEA # of a dr. I have never seen. .. to which she was told it was a computer error due to their new system. I am told "we will call when your meds are ready"... they never do anymore . Most recent was a filling issue for a medication that I have also been on for years. I called Bayshore and was told that my medication would be ready the following day. I arrive to p/u and was told it can't be filled as the dr. sent it into a different pharmacy initially. I said yes I am aware which was why they called Bayshore directly when their error was caught. I asked to s/w the pharmacist which I didn't recognize as he was in plain clothes. Didn't introduce himself as I asked for his name to which he replied Andrew. I asked why I wasn't I told the night before why no one there notified me of this when I called and was told it would be ready today? He said, because it must not have been filled online yet. This makes ZERO sense. He offered NO help as to what I needed to do and to fix this issue other than call your mailorder. I always was given guidance in the past if there were issues questions etc. Sadly those days are gone. . So I call my insurance while there to which the particular med did go through on JUNE 2nd as a mailorder . Today is the 7th. Luckily my dr. called in an emergency fill to hold me over until the mail-order arrives. I have let a lot slide over the past year but when you start to always anticipate some sort of debacle it becomes a "one more thing" problem that shouldn't have to be worried about. Wish it is was the pharmacy it used to be. It is...

The customer service here used to be good but it has gone extremely downhill in 2018. I really can't say enough about my negative experience with Bayshore Pharmacy this month. I contacted them to send my medication a week ago and I still haven't gotten it. They sent my medication last month by two day mail and they have records of when it was sent and delivered. However, this month they decided not to send it two day mail and this caused my medicine to be delayed until after last months had already run out. When I called to get an explanation of where my medicine was the pharmacist told me it would be here later today and then hung up on me! I called back to get a real explanation and the pharmacist told me he hung up on me because I "had done it to him before so he was returning the favor." This was extremely unprofessional for someone whose job is to work with customers. When I pressed him for information about why I hadn't received my medication yet he blamed me for not requesting two day shipping! They never ask how I wanted it shipped but since it was two day last month that should have been the default. The pharmacist is well aware how important it is that I take my medication everyday. The incompetence of this pharmacy caused me to miss multiple days of medication and now I'm going to have to get extra blood work done. The pharmacist never took responsibility for their error and instead told me I was coming across as arrogant. Sorry I'm freaking out about missing days worth of medication! Someone in his position should have more sympathy and understanding. I really think it's time for the pharmacist to consider retiring because he clearly doesn't care about his customers. Really poor customer service for a place that used to pride itself on having good...

Please if you care about yourself, stay away from the pharmacy. From the moment you get on the phone with someone they are short and rude. There is a young staff there and the manager Diane . They were terrible to me. They made no attempt to deescalate or help the situation. This is not how you treat vulnerable populations who are in need of there medication. I was hung up on . When I went into to pick up my medication, the front desk girl laughed at my face and ran into the back. It was so demeaning and hurtful. They then gaslit me when I tried to tell them what that girl did to me. The whole staff was incredibly provocative and were all joining in the bullying against me. I have never been treated so awfully in such a a vulnerable Place. The worse person there was Diane. She was cruel and comes on the phone guns ready. She did not come on the phone, and start with kindness and respect. She has no managerial skills in deescalating conflicts. The whole staff joined Diane in bullying against me, and made no attempts to bring the situation down. This not how you talk to vulnerable populations who are in vulnerable places due to there medication needs. I have had experiences like this in the past, but have brushed it off. This time, I spoke back. Do not try to stand up for yourself, they will attack you. They enjoy demeaning you and escalating situations. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF. If you look at other reviews, you will see information on the staff being demeaning, rude, and further escalating the situation, versus deescalating, and trying to be kind. Multiple reviews talk about the quality of the staff at this pharmacy. Good service, starts with good customer service. This place is...
