Snooze Mattress + Wellness Auburn — Attraction in Auburn

My partner and I traveled over from Central/Western Georgian to the Bedzzz Express location in Auburn Alabama on Saturday June 29. We had been looking online for a matress and had seen that the Nectar matress brand had been highly rated. We wanted to test the matress out for ourselves first though, so off we went to Bedzzz Express. Kate greeted us and took a good deal of time with us answering all the questions we had. Knowing full well that we had traveled as far as we did and that we weren't going to be purchasing in store that day, but online. She was wonderful, and the store was well organized and inviting. And, frankly, the same price I paid online later in the day when I got home was exactly what I would have paid in store, so no worries there..

Great service! I originally ordered a queen mattress because the bed I had purchased a bed that could be adjusted to fit a full or a queen. However, once the mattress arrived, it was very obvious that it could not be adjusted to fit the length of a queen without purchasing new parts for the bed. Beds Express took the mattress they had just delivered, and then returned with a new full size mattress within twenty minutes. This wasn't even their fault, and they were quick to help with fixing the problem. Chris even offered to give me a queen frame if I wished to keep the queen mattress instead. It was a pleasure working with them. This is the second mattress we have purchased from a Bedzzz Express, and I don't know that I will ever go...

We purchased from a satellite store in Columbus Ga, we live in Phenix City Al. We saw the advertisement in a local paper and thought even though we had owned a Tempur-Pedic in the past and were not pleased with it because of the heat retention in the mattress, we tried many other brand mattresses with mixed results but none we were happy with, so we decided to try Tempur-Pedic again WOW! what a change cool! The staff at the store explained how the new technology had been added to the mattress. I might add no high pressure to make a sale. quick response to questions and a very good shopping experience. Delivery and set up were fast also. That is a good store and I will recommend to anyone...
