Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Auburn

I was greeted by a very nice woman at the counter that seemed to be genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of my visit. I ordered the Kickin' Kay Lynne, BLT style with a fruit cup as my side. I was also told about the Chicken Salad Chick app, which I did download, to earn points toward rewards/food at future visits. That's a plus. The same woman's enthusiasm continued as she brought my order to the table where I was seated. Her positive attitude actually made me feel happy to be there and added to the enjoyment of my visit. I wish I had only captured her name, because she deserves some extra recognition. She was a light skinned, possibly black, woman with short black hair underneath a hat. She also wore glasses. She was great. My food was excellent. The fruit was fresh and sweet as could be. I drove all the way from Alexander City, AL to get my meal and it was all I'd hoped for and more. I ended up ordering a large to-go container of the Sassy Scotty to make my trip all the more worth it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked the manager if she would write the names on the boxes of the 16 orders I placed. She said no that she couldn't. I have ordered in the past and the orders always had names already written on them when I got there. I never had to ask them to write the names. It took me around 30 minutes to get the orders labeled with the correct name. I finish labeling the boxes and discover that I am missing 1 order!!! Knowing they close at 8 I immediately call to tell them I am missing an order. One large quick chick was all I needed. It was already paid for. But the only help I got was "I am sorry". It is unfortunate I have to leave this review, but for the past few weekends this location has run out food, and it is not just one or two items but pretty much their entire menu. I can understand the first football weekend, but for the past two weeks they've been out of food. It is either an ordering issue or they just lack self awareness to purchase more food during football season.

Since it was a limited menu again last weekend I ordered the turkey club (which they had in stock) and the sandwich maybe had two sliced pieces of turkey on it. Disappointed in the quality of food and would not recommend eating here on...
