Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

This place used to be great but it has gone down hill. We were greeted by a woman who just held up her finger. We stood at the register for 5 minutes and there was literally only one other couple in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. She finally just starts pointing telling us to sit down, we ask her when we are going to pay and she just said “sorry no English”. We just assume we will pay before we leave, she gave us a cup and we ate and when we are on our second plate a man from the back comes and yells across the restaurant for us to pay before we leave. He could have walked up to our table and apologized for us having to wait and told us just to stop by the register on the way out, it was rude for him to yell from the front. We indeed paid before we left and he said he was glad we paid because he would have forgot.. all of the pizza that was on the buffet was so old and hard, the pizza sauce was dried up from it being under the heat lamp so long. The cinnamon rolls weren’t even good either. It was a waste of money and we won’t be back. The floors were also disgusting and the restaurant remained empty the entire time. There were a total of 3 employees working there at the time and only 1 spoke any English. Nobody was cleaning they just stood in the back talking. Won’t be back to this place....

there were baby roaches crawling up the wall at our booth. ( there were only 2 but if they are babies then you know there is a mama around somewhere ) and a baby spider crawled across my plate. the man at the counter charged and gave everyone large cups and didn’t say anything. why would you get a large cup when you can refill your small cup as many times as you would like. i told him about it and he said you can not take the smaller cups out of the store??? since when?? and he kept saying i need to keep the cup i have and how there isn’t a difference between sizes when clearly it was. he’s basically scamming people by giving them something they didn’t ask for and charging them for it. i had asked the lady for a scooper for the red sauce and she got one that was thru the crack of the pizza station that had stuff all over it and just stuck it in there. ( i kept walking and didn’t get any). bathrooms are disgusting. we had to get up and go to cookout across the street to use the restroom. you can tell the brownies did not get mixed all the way because when you bite into them you can taste the powder mix this place has really just gone down and it seems like nobody takes care of it anymore. very...

We have been here multiple times and there was a lady that was running the counter. She is great!

Today there was a guy. I told him I wanted a thin crust beef pizza with extra cheese. I never got it! Another lady ordered a Hawaiian pizza and no jalapeños and they brought her out a burnt crusted pizza with jalapeños. The guy was talking on his cell phone and would not get off. She tried talking to the lady putting the pizza lout and she didn’t speak English. She motioned toward the guy on the phone. The guy kept talking for several more minutes in another language then came around and the lady told him that the pizza they brought out had jalapeños. He called the guy over and told him in another language. He went back to make her a new pizza. Then several younger ladies come in and the man followed them around the buffet line. Next the guy started counting the register money and at one point held some paper money up to his mouth and kissed it. What??? Later he was taking pizza pieces off the line with his bare hands. He seemed to be throwing it away and then I saw him chewing something. I am sure that all of this is on camera for you to watch but I took a video of him on the phone. Awful service and...
