Everything, and I mean everything, is spot on. The spicy Korean Fried Chicken Bao must be ordered. It checks every taste box - sweet, spicy, savory, crunchy on a soft steamed bun with crunchy pickled veg. Even if you are tempted by other options, get one of these as well.

I was in town on business and this place immediately caught my eye. Normally I stay away from "fusion" style eateries, but this one had a unique style to there's. I got 4 bao, a Korean corn dog, and a Thai iced tea. The bulgogi and spicy chick bao were extremely good. The bahn mi bao was good but didn't really taste like bahn mi should, still real good. The k-corn dog was the only disappointment. It tasted fine, but was extremely reminiscent of a Kong dog. Thai iced tea is always good anywhere. I will definitely be back the next time...

I've only eaten at their truck by the state house, but it's SO GOOD!!!
