Northgate in its heyday used to be one of Aurora center for shopping and people watching. But as it stands today it is in the shadow of what it used to be.
Upon my return from out-of-state on a 20 year hiatus I've seen new life being breathed into. Baba's steak & fries, Chinese food, Mexican food,of course your neighborhood liquor store that happens to have a heavy flow of big-butted women., & And you're ever needed Dollar. The biggest attraction do I find is two places one Citi trends,#2 the thrift. Read moreEmployees are well trained if you need to know about an old item,,friendly and helpful,,they will also take heavy items to your car or van,,,,tons of items daily,,always find something different each day,,prices are reasonable, not flea market or what its worth prices.. They do have delivery too for big items,,,they have a lot of antiques ,and collectables, and the rest ,like cookbooks ,DVDs ,stuff like that are everyday items but not new,just gently new,,I have never seen junk there,so that's why I like the place.............check it out..especially if your into really old antiques and collectables and glass/ pottery,etc...they even had old,very old school house...
