The inside looks so rundown. They are big nasty at this location. I do love me bk. Always some issue here. I asked for cheese and egg croissants special. I got sausage egg no cheese. I happened to open before I left. She returned my food to the kitchen and i saw the cook open the sandwich and remove the sausage wrap it back up and the manager handed it to me. First I can't eat pork at akk. Asked the manager if thats what they do. She said no she was going to make it fresh. I said when you just re handed to me a 2nd time. WHILE THIS STILL HAS PORK RESiDUE ? So you want me to send it back through. The kitchen for the 3rd time? That's nasty. She doesn't know if I'm allergic but was ok handing this pork contaminated food? This is not ok. This restaurant had no customers. the cook had time to make it fresh. and the manager had time to take my order correctly . But was upset with me when I called her on it, and started raising her voice at me. I was the only customer drive thru and in store 10am. And one customer entered during this conversation. At this point I asked for a refund. Sure hope she wasnt lying about that and i get my refund back to my card. Not even an apology. take 3 times to give me the same wrong sanndwich while your crew just picks off stuff and replaces. This is wrong and nasty. And the crew learns from there manager. Disgusting. Read moreApparently, although you order food from other locations through the Burger King app and receive rewards for doing so, this location will not let you redeem your points there. According to the woman at the drive thru window; “If you haven’t ordered food from there then you’re not allowed to get the ‘free stuff’ from there”. I read the terms of service for redeeming points and it doesn’t say any of that. The terms of service state that you can redeem points at any of the Burger King locations in the TERRITORY. Needless to say that I won’t be going to that location again (although it’s the only one on my way to work.) In all fairness I think I should mention that I started redeeming points two weeks ago (only on Wednesday and Friday when I go that way to work) and I would redeem points for coffee, nothing else, and the first three times the lady was ok with me redeeming my points but when she saw that I became a ‘regular’ (which you would think is a good thing) she didn’t like that and said that from now on she will not allow me to redeem my points there.
