Diamond Mine — Attraction in Aurora

EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. normally I'm used to walking in a place like this and being treated like somebody who doesn't have any money who is wasting their time. Not the case here! They were extremely friendly and allowed me to look at every single item I wanted to without it seeming like it was a burden to them, as well as gave me great deals on top of the amazing prices that are already listed! They just treated me with the most respect and like I was some rich person going in there to buy out the store. They didn't even have a problem showing me things that might have been out of my price range because they didn't treat me as though I even had a price range. They do repairs as well and I also asked him if I could bring in my sterling silver mirror and brush to test it because I didn't believe it to be Sterling and they said yes of course! I finally have my new local jeweler and I could not be happier that it's them! You've got to check them out!

UPDATE: over a year later and I still absolutely love it here! Ron always takes the best care of me! I hadn't been there in 6 months and definitely missed stopping in to look at the great Jewelry they have & to catch up with em! Few weeks ago we came into store looking for some mens jewelry. We came across Liberty Gold $20 ounce coin that we asked price for and they quoted us $2,000. My mom had asked me to call in and see if they would do any better on price because she had really liked it. On the phone I gave them exact year of coin as they only had one, and they quoted me $1700 over phone. My mom had asked me to go following day for purchase and what do you know now its $1800. Erin(probably owner) had insisted that we were misinformed and $1800 is the true last price and best deal they can possibly give. My mom was little upset so said not to buy it until she can go back with me. So we went back into there next day after that and what do you know now the coin was $1830. Honestly not sure what game they're playing over few hundred dollars its your business have whatever price you want but that's not how you should be dealing with customers. Worst...

I’ve been going to Diamond Mine for a little horse trading now and again for 6 years. I’ve always trusted them (learned the hard way by shopping the same product all over town!) Diamond Mine always came out ahead. The appraisers are so knowledgeable and friendly and fair and just because there’s no monkey business doesn’t mean they don’t love jewelry too! Which makes for a fun atmosphere. Not only did I get a little something for my gold and pave diamonds today but picked up the prettiest color 14 k amethyst set (attached) on the way out at an incredible price!
