EDIT: I don’t understand why you guys were unable to relay that in a response to comments on your social media by simply saying what you said here. Instead, myself and many others were met with deleted comments and blocked. My comment was simply an inquiry to either confirm or deny the authenticity of the product. My biggest hesitancy in deciding to visit was seeing the deleted comments even before I submitted my own and was hoping for a chance to clear any miscommunication. Regardless of the answer, I was simply looking for transparency. A simple response would’ve sufficed. I was a potential customer and was saddened to see the response (or lack of) from your social media team which turned me away from being a “real customer.” Why did it take a bad review to finally get a response? I do hope for the best for your business and am glad at least people seem to be treated better than myself (and a handful of other potential customers). But please consider being more communicative towards any other potential customers in the future.

Super cute and fun to come and get stuffies! We got a free spin and wom a huge pumpkin goose! I love Halloween so that was super awesome! Lots of cute and fun new prizes and the claw machines are nice and clean, shiny and accessible. This is a pretty cool place 😎. I had a blast, the guy working was super awesome. He took videos and pics of his customers and looked after them very well! We had such a blast beacuse of his service and attentive manners. I was all smiles and laughs while I was there and I got away with like 14 plushies and won the cute Keychains the worker was placing on the stuffies for 10 tokens! I did not like this claw machine arcade. There's a few things that I didn't like that I listed even though there's way more to say about this place. Off the bat, it looks extremely cramped and small and I just can't imagine how stuffy it is if it ever gets busy. The area was extremely sketchy with homeless people strolling all around. Compared to other claw machine places, this place doesn't assist you if you don't ask. At least for us. Our group spent $20 and we never had anyone helping us if we didn't already ask. When we did ask, the employee only propped it up so it would stand up. But if I were to compare to another place, one just a few minutes down the road from this one, Crane Games, their employees are so sweet and will help you out willingly. I do not...
