only have one experience shopping here which was just a moment ago and I have to go out of my way here to leave a five-star review for a super awesome service experience. I was a little behind on errands today and they close at 10:00 p.m. I called to see if they carried a product I was looking for which they did then realized I want to get there till about 9:58 but I believe the owner was super nice even though I'm sure he was busy closing and getting ready for 4:20 sales tomorrow He was nice enough to pick out what I was looking for and have the items ready at the counter to check out.

point being great first impression on a first time customer, Which is now going to be a repeat customer for sure.

They have a huge selection of all kinds of stuff even compared to most other shops which there are plenty of. prices are definitely the best for what I was looking for and on the few things I looked at while I was there.

Also I was surprised to see a really nice selection of different strains of hemp that looked up great quality as well so if you're looking for some no THC natural hemp flower This seems to be a great spot and honestly The only spot I can think of off the top of my head that even has it.

TLDR; Check these guys out and support a small business feel good about it as they almost certainly have what you're looking for at a price you'll appreciate all with quality genuine customer service That is very rare to come...

Just went into this little gem because my usual vape shop was closed this Sunday -- and boy am I glad I did! I called three stores after calling this shop (to compare prices on a very standard glass replacement for the Smok Stick Prince), and none of them had it. I also appreciate that the store was still open on Sunday. It's only 7:40 PM now! Don't you think, given the target age group of vapers and weed smokers, most shops would cater to their audience?

Again, so glad my usual vape shop was closed because they have a much larger variety of not just vape necessities, but also accessories for all your medical or recreational marijuana needs!

The store was well organized and I appreciate that the team members actually had knowledge on the products they sell. Caroline, Lance and Jason were great. They had tons of product knowledge, were very laid back, friendly and I could tell they enjoy where they work -- which says a lot for a business.

Be sure to check out the silent auction they are doing. You can bid on various items and if your bid stands after three days, you win the product for that price!

Love love love this place!! The prices and quality are beyond competitive, unalike any of the MANY other smoke/vape etc shop I've been to. As a Colorado native, I love seeing the local glasswork and product here. Go here if you're tired of walking into a store of overpriced, cheap items. You'll be taken care of here. I trust the staff to be honest and always go above and beyond with customer service.

I went in yesterday and was helped by Lance and Jason. My boyfriend and I have seen Lance several times now, and Jason once before. Despite just a few interactions, the staff here cares about their customers as actual people. They remembered past conversations and went through huge assortments of vape and glass pieces to find what we wanted.

I never leave smash in a bad mood and enjoy the chill atmosphere and products. Nothing earns my customer loyalty like being treated as a friend, instead of a sale.
