No frills takeout pizza place. I give the pizza a 4.5/5 and rounded it up to 5 for the overall review.
Looks like they're a new business. The sauce is bright and most importantly not overly sweetened like so many pizza sauces are. The ingredients seem to be of good quality. The dough has a great texture to it with a satisfying chew.
The price for an 18" was fair and they were able to accommodate half & half toppings.
There were convenient pints of ice cream in a freezer and I think that was a great idea. Maybe more new and limited flavors would be good to have?
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Things I'd change:
Margherita pizza should have thin round sliced tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes.
While the dough texture and flavor was good, there was zero crunch. If the bottom had a little crunchiness or crispiness to it, it would be a massive improvement.
I ended up cooking the bottom of the slice on a cast iron pan at home and it was very good.
Overall, this place is worth visiting. Check them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām torn between rating 3 and 4 here, but leaned 3 to emphasize the problem area. For reference, we ordered delivery and got two 14ā pizzas; it was about $68 including fees, tax, top, etc.
The overall flavor was great - good cheese pull and good toppings.
The main problem was the dough/crust. I have to echo other reviews - the central area of the pizza is SO soggy and damp on the bottom. Itās not just flimsy, itās really soggy. It was really unpleasant to eat those portions, even though the outer portions were good. I donāt know if itās the cook temperature, cook time, dough recipe or what, but it needs addressing.
Other smaller complaints would be that the ranch and garlic sauces are just premade brands, not homemade - which makes the extra cost not feel worth it. And overall the prices are just a bit too high. $69 should get more than 2...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been looking for a new pizza place thatās nearby. Theyāve only been open for 2 weeks and Iām glad I gave it a try and Iāll definitely go back. I ordered a large Supreme pizza and the very nice employee gave me a free order of bread sticks. The pizza was really tasty with plenty of toppings. Next time Iāll ask for it well done, as I think the bottom and crust could have been a bit more crispy, and maybe the oil wouldnāt have wet the paper lining. Other than that I was very pleased. Give it a try! Just went there again, 2 months after my first time. Gotta say, thereās something not right with their dough or what they do with it. I had them cook it well done and the dough doesnāt crisp up. Will probably look for a new...
