Austin Bounce House Rentals™ — Attraction in Austin

First of all you don’t talk to a customer who is paying you in a rude way regardless of any situation. I have used this service last year without any issue and I was so impressed with their service that I used them again this year for nieces birthday. Jeff is assume is the owner of this business and I called him when some of my items were missing, at that time he said that we can’t do anything about it when the event was gonna start within 30 mins. I understand their website is not super little confusing for adding on things, so I let go for not adding balls for the Ball pit package. I do not understand when I am renting the biggest bounce house they have which is called the super duper which has a basketball hoop inside the bounce house, guess what th didn’t even provide the basket ball for that one hoop lol. He was telling me that this wasn’t included. How on earth would you put a hoop inside the bounce house but not provide a ball to play with it. Not like I was being cheap I spent $500 on this rental for four hours. Why would I have a problem for spending another $20 on the ball. Please re think your decision before choosing them, they might just soil your mood for the event that is going to happen. On top of this I told him that now I won’t use you guys for next event and not recommend you guys to anyone, he said yes please do that. Ordered a bounce house to be delivered by 10 am. Fully paid. It arrived and the water hose attachment was broken. The owner Jeff or gentleman who answered the phone at this business was RUDE and his customer service skills were horrible. His response to the fact that it’s now 1130 and the house isn’t repaired was simply “let me find out when they’ll be there” and “don’t react when there isn’t a problem” there is a problem. The house that I paid for is not working. His response should have been I’m sorry and here is some sort of discount considering it’s not working like it should. He ended the call with “we don’t negotiate and let me off the phone so I can do my job” I have rented from this company multiple times and have always had a good experience until today. I will not rent again. This could have and should have gone a completely different way.

Oh and while I’m typing this Jeff called to tell me “how things are done in central Texas” and that me giving him a 1 star review is “nasty” and “won’t make them want to bend over backwards to help me”. I’m sorry that me asking for a house that actually works is bending over backwards.

He claims they will take it down and refund my money. All I wanted was an apology and an offer...

Best prices in town on Bounce Houses and Moonwalks! I did quite a bit of research, and found this company had the lowest rates and really great policies to work with. Favorite part of working with them was the ease in getting them on the phone (99% of the others don't even answer their phone or email/call back if you leave a message) AND the ability to make changes to the order. They never made me feel bad or weird about making adding/removing items and I appreciated that since it was for a business party, not personal. Second best thing I liked about them was their delivery service. They let me know ahead of time they had to deliver super early in the morning, but it was easy to reach them first thing in the morning to give them entry information and they came back to pick up late in the evening and were gone in less than 30 minutes (at no extra cost BTW even though we paid for 4 hours mid-day). That's great service in my opinion, and will definitely be the reason I return in the future....
