Very cute place serving Texas wines and a discreet selection of TX craft beers and ciders. Bubbles were all by the bottle, but that's fine given how many other choices were available. The atmosphere is all Texas--a very quaint, upclass inside atmosphere but lights and music piped outside on a wooden deck--half-shaded by some real pretty trees and all surrounding the corner of a small-town building that exudes some relationship with history. The staff was ultra-friendly and even had dog treats and a water bowl for our dogs--true class. We'll be back. What a fantastic place - I don't think I would have gone back here if I hadn't been attending a book event from the Book Burrow. It's sort of tucked in the corner of the shopping plaza, but once you are back here, it's so nice and cozy! The back deck is strung with lights and they have live music on the weekends. And while it is a wine bar, I ended up getting two very delicious beers, a citrus ale and a spiced pear cider. If you want a place to hang out or meet someone, this is the perfect spot! This is a little gem of a place that would seem more likely to be located in Hyde Park, but we've got it in Pflugerville and I think that is very good. For starters, it's not just a wine bar, they have craft beer as well. It's a comfortable place to linger and if you're with friends bring a game of a deck of cards and linger. The wine selection is thoughtful and reasonably priced. The selections vary and it worth returning to see what's new.
