So this is the 3rd time I try to give them a try. I don’t think I will be coming back after this.
1st time - My daughter was so excited we had one near us and so she came through the drive thruway. She ordered a half chicken with a horchata, the price was $19.90 and she had a $20.00 bill and they were trying to charge $5.00 more it was a dark skin young cuban and so they didn’t give her the drink because she didn’t give them the $5 more which is stealing in my opinion and threw the food at her.
I called and spoke with the manager which she was very apologetic and gave us a free meal.
That girl every time I come in looks at me ugly and never has apologized, which I don’t expect it but would be nice because that is my child you messed with.
2nd time - all young girls with Cuban accent have nothing but attitude and don’t have great customer service and treat you different if you don’t speak great Spanish or no Spanish at all.
Only the woman managers have a great attitude and have great customer 3rd time - I tried to go through drive thruway and no response and I waited for 5 minutes thinking okay maybe they are busy. So I came inside and ordered.
The lady who took my order was great it is the manager.
There was a cool I assume sitting down and I was standing right where he was sitting and he just hit my foot with the seat not saying excuse me or even a apology and just stared at me like I was stupid when I said excuse me. The other employees that were coming in to change shift just look at you in such an ugly way and don’t have no good customer service.
It was also dirty in the front lobby eating area. ——————————————————————————-
I hope that management can train them on having better customer service and having it a clean so no one gets disgusted.

The price point is closer to a sit down restaurant than fast food, but the quality and portion sizes make up for it. There was maybe a 5-10 minute wait between ordering and getting food at the window, which is more than reasonable for fresh food. The ladies at the window were very nice.
No gristle in my steak nachos, plenty of rich cheese and refried beans, and good coverage over the chips. Nice thick seasoned chips (like you would get at a good restaurant). A generous amount of good filler-free guacamole, creamy jalapeno sauce (theirs is delicious), pico, and sour cream.
Chicken quesadilla had an ample amount of chicken and cheese. The tortilla was lightly toasted, but it unfortunately softened up during travel. The chicken quality is leaps and bounds better than any drive-thru in the area. I look forward to reheating this in the air fryer.
This place is an instant favorite, and it completely eclipses some of the shameful sit-down Mexican restaurants we have in the area. I look forward to trying more...

The products offered leave much to be desired: some are in bad condition, expired or clearly have not been handled or stored properly. This not only makes a bad impression, but also poses a risk to the health of customers.
In addition, the place is in deplorable condition: visible dirt, broken furniture, unpleasant odors and a total lack of maintenance. All this reflects a clear lack of management on the part of the manager, who, as observed, shows no interest in improving or solving these problems.
