I have to write a review because of my bad experience. I had a 5 pm appointment that was changed to 6 pm by the stylist. Even after I arrived at 6 pm, I met my stylist doing someone else’s hair which I was surprised about. I waited a bit, and she started my hair shortly. After washing my hair, she made me sit with wet hair for over an hour while she made someone else’s hair. My bridesmaids and I had the team from glam do our hair and make up for my wedding. Janay, toy, Carole and Kia did such a great job and kept us entertained while we got ready. I love. The atmosphere I was met with whenever I walked in. I got my hair washed immediately (my stylist was Kia) and it has been literal years since I felt so relaxed while getting my hair washed by someone! I was sat down, and she started my loc retwist and crochet maintenance, very quickly, whereas im used to waiting at least 2 hours for my hair to be finished.
