I recently visited Kim Son Jewelry in Austin, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The store itself is beautiful and welcoming, with a wide selection of unique and high-quality pieces that cater to every style. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. The type of place that is friendly to some…but not all. I have given business to this place on several occasions, but unfortunately they can’t bring themselves to even be some what cordial. As I entered the store today another group of people were leaving and the owners enthusiastically thanked them and said goodbye. All the owners could bear was one ignored me and the other one said “How can I help you” I looked around for a moment and left to take my hard earned money where it will be appreciated. You would do better at either of the other two jewelry stores cause Kim Son Jewelry definitely has issues…whatever...

*TOP NOTCH Customer service! I put my necklace in my pocket during a jog and after 8miles of jogging the gold metals knocking and clinking up against each other pretty much destroyed my 18k Cuban Link Necklace. The necklace tarnished and lost its shine really bad. I brought into the shop.
