"I'll have a taro with boba and mango with boba." Clerk, "Okay, check the screen." I glance at it seeing 2 drinks, then pay. Few minutes later, I look at my drink, and I noticed she messed up my order and gave me strawberry. I politely say, "Excuse me, I ordered mango." Then the clerk looks at me and says, "Didn't you check the screen?" Me: "I did, I KNOW i said MANGO, which sounds nothing like strawberry." The clerk REFUSES to remake my drink and says I should've checked it. I DO NOT WORK there. It's not the CUSTOMER's job to LISTEN and VERIFY the order. Their customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. It takes TWO minutes to remake the drink and make the customer happy and loyal. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND BEING RIGHT. They act like this business is in Asia where you can give this kind of service and get away with it. I'm Asian, too. I know how customer service is in Asia. This type of service does not work in America. I"VE NEVER EVER been to a restaurant where they outright refuse to make the correct order. And the girls there had HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. They just walked away from me and ignored my request. It was unbelievable. I thought i was being punked.
I just read the manager's response. VERY defensive. I am not lying about what happened. I've NEVER ever been to a restaurant where they didnt simply remake the order. I said "MANGO," All they had to do is spend 2 extra minutes making the correct order to keep.a loyal customer. Instead , they say I'm lying. I bet you $100 I said "Mango" if the camera even had AUDIO footage. The clerks did not speak English as their first language and the menu even weirdly said "mango (strawberry)", so she must've pressed the wrong button. What does that mean anyways? It's strawberry flavored mango?? Anyway, all they had to do was own up to it and make the customer happy instead of getting defensive and saying I was a bully. I was flabbergasted they didn't simply remake the order. So easy to fix. I did NOT change my mind. She misheard me .And they think the customer is. the employee and it's OUR job to make sure we get the correct order. THen they should put a sign in front of the monitor saying it's OUR JOB as the CUSTOMER to ensure the order is correct. Such terrible service. I hope this business does not argue with other customers this way Or else they will surely go out...

Before tasting it, I didnât realize that it wasnât the correct order and ended up drinking it, which led me to develop a severe allergic reaction to the banana in the drink⌠When I called the store to get to the bottom of this, I did not receive an answer back (nobody picked up the phone). Honestly, I enjoyed coming here but recently their customer service has been going down hill. Of course I understand that mistakes happen, but this is not the first time they have made a mistake with my order. For example, I ordered 3 drinks from them off of doordash last month and only received two. Additionally, before writing this, I have read other reviews that agree that the customer service here is not only mediocre, but careless. When I ask them to remake it or change my order, they told me all sales were âfinalâ and that if I wanted a new drink, I was going to have to buy a new one? With does that even mean? Then, when I asked for a refund they said that they would have to contact the manager to distribute the refund. So itâs not that they âcouldnâtâ give me a refund, they just didnât feel like going through the trouble. Every other time weâve come to this place it has been fine.
