I will not be purchasing from Manpasand again. I recently bought frozen naans from them and stored them in my freezer for later use. i opened the packet to find the naans fungus laden. When I brought this to the store manager’s attention, the manager’s response was dismissive. He asked, "How do we know when you bought it?"—while someone behind him added, "How do we know they even bought it a few days ago?"
Although the manager said he might be able to help if I brought the receipt, the overall tone suggested that I was at fault. He insisted it couldn't be their issue because, according to him, they “check their freezers every day.” Instead of taking any responsibility or showing concern, the blame was shifted to me. He Also said you go to HEB and they won't even help you with this kind of issue. I have brought fresh fruit to frozen items from HEB and whenever there was an issue and they immediately apologized and refunded me the amount I paid for even when I have receipt missing they would take it out of their system to help me as a customer. SO PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME HEB WOULDN'T EVEN ADDRESS THE ISSUE! I would have forgone the issue if they were in any way apologetic.

Read moreI highly recommend double-checking the expiration dates of all products purchased from this store. I strongly discourage buying items from unfamiliar labels or brands within this grocery store. I've encountered instances where products turned out to be expired, leading me to return them to the store. Additionally, I've experienced situations where, after starting to use certain products, I discovered the presence of insects.
Ensuring the freshness and safety of the products we bring into our homes is paramount. Therefore, I believe it's crucial for consumers to exercise caution and be diligent in inspecting expiration dates before making purchases. This not only safeguards against the consumption of expired goods but also contributes to maintaining a high standard of quality within the store's inventory.
It's important to communicate these concerns to the store management for their awareness and potential improvement in quality control measures. Upholding the reputation of the store and ensuring customer satisfaction should be key priorities. I encourage fellow shoppers to be vigilant and prioritize purchasing from reputable brands to guarantee the integrity of the products...
