Nabi Florist — Attraction in Austin

Wonderful cant even begin to describe my experience with Nabi Florist. The customer service was FANTASTIC. They went above and beyond in delivering a beautiful sunflower arrangement. Andy even took time to go out to a restaurant to pick up a gift card on my behalf since I live so far away. Delivery was prompt and on time, while maintaining quick communication with me regarding delivery. He even stayed around to contact a neighbor since the recipient wasn't available to pick up.

The flowers were gorgeous and the price was within local standards. But why choose another place when you not only get beautiful flowers delivered, above and beyond customer service, and other great experiences for the same price.

Since I didn't know any florists there, I discovered Nabi Florist through research and was captivated by the beautiful flowers shown on their website. I contacted the owner by phone initially, and then via email for follow-up-and his responsiveness was impressive. He understood my request exactly. He sent a photo of the beautifully designed big Orchid pot upon request, I was absolutely delighted. In past experiences ordering multiple orchid pot arrangements from other florists, the orchid stems were typically bare-but the arrangement I received included elegant decorative twine wrapped around the stems for support. I love to shop local any time I’m sending someone flowers. I initially chose Nabi Florist because of their beautiful bouquets they offer, but after this experience and customer service I received I will 100% be ordering from them again! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My friend I sent the bouquet too left town quickly and Nabi’s team was so easy to work with to change the delivery on my order. I emailed them once she was back and they delivered them THAT DAY.
