My boyfriend bought a gift certificate on Groupon for me, and I really enjoyed my experience here. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was the first massage I’ve ever gotten, but it was amazing. My masseuse was very friendly, and the interior was also very nice and calming. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!
Edit to my review the next day later: Adding this because of my discomfort I’ve experienced since leaving the spa yesterday and I feel like I should say this. As I mentioned, this was my first massage I had ever gotten. I wasn’t sure what the protocol is for how much/ how little clothing you’re supposed to leave on, so I decided to stay at my comfort level and leave my bottom half undergarments on. During the massage I was extremely uncomfortable because the masseuse pulled my under garments down almost all the way, and started massaging my “backside”. I was very thrown off, but I thought this was normal so I stayed there pretty shocked and embarrassed and didn’t say anything (there was also a language barrier on top of that), until today when I talked to friends and family and later found out that she was supposed to ask if I was comfortable with that or not, and that it was not normal for her to just remove them. I also was not given a form to fill out before the massage with specific areas I wanted them to focus on, and which areas I don’t feel comfortable with them touching. I felt like I should update my review and add that just for a heads up for anyone that is getting their first massage, so they know there is a possibility for them to be exposed without their consent. The masseuse was very kind and it was a great massage besides that, but it was hard to fully enjoy it when all I could think about was how exposed and uncomfortable I was. The owners definitely need to have a conversation with your employees and let them know that they need to ask for consent first before just removing...
Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Oasis Spa. I booked a couples massage as a special gift for my wife, only to have them cancel our reservation without notice. Their reasoning? I missed a text message to “double confirm” but I was on a flight to Austin at the time and obviously couldn’t respond.
It’s completely unreasonable to expect customers to reply while traveling, especially when the appointment was already confirmed at the time of booking. No call, no email just a last-minute cancellation after we were enroute, excited for a relaxing experience. Instead, we were left disappointed and scrambling for alternatives.
If a secondary confirmation is mandatory, it should be made crystal clear upfront. At the very least, there should be a reasonable grace period before canceling someone’s fully booked service. Travelers beware this place does not prioritize customer service or respect their clients’ time. I would not recommend trusting them with your special occasions.

I want to be very clear—your response is not truthful. You canceled our appointment before we even arrived, claiming we failed to confirm a second time, which was never mentioned when I booked. My wife and I flew into Austin for a special getaway, and this massage was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, while we were en route, we found out last-minute that our appointment had been canceled without any prior notice. It was Valentine’s weekend, and you gave our spot away, leaving us scrambling to find another place at the last minute. Instead of taking responsibility, you’re trying to shift the blame onto us. I would have appreciated honesty and accountability rather than an attempt to rewrite...
Read moreEnjoyed a great couples massage at Oasis Spa. The check in experience was easy. The only issue was the front desk assistant had a language barrier but she was very friendly. The building did have a weird smell upon walking in and the massage room had a hint of staleness. We were expecting more of an aromatic smell considering it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience. We also had to fill out a digital application that asked if there are any areas you’d like the massage therapist to avoid. I had a specific area noted on that form. Upon getting the massage, the therapist massaged my avoidance area which for me was painful. I asked him to just avoid that area. Throughout the duration he massages that area again and I quickly asked him to avoid it. He quickly adjusted and was apologetic. I mention this to gain awareness on how important it is to read that digital application for your customers. The rest of the massage was good especially the hot stones. Overall we enjoyed the Oasis Spa! The owner of the business is also extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable massage....
