Being a graduate from Riverland I strongly encourage teens to consider community college prior to a university. Riverland's curriculum qualifies to transfer credits to most if not all universities with in the tri-state area; and at half the cost. (Personally I transferred to UW Stout without any issue of rejected credits.) No matter where you go, your first 2 years will be filled with English, math, and writing, so why not pay less?
