Did a pick up order because I'm very busy today and have a toddler. Got a text saying they couldn't bring it out, and to go inside. There was one person finishing checking out when I approached with one item. The cashier looked at me and walked away. She decided to start mopping all the checkouts while I stood there with my one item, it was 730p not even time to close. I waited patiently for her to finish up.
