The salesman Collin at the Austin location was fantastic! Super helpful but not over the top. Came and checked on us here and there but wasn’t pushy at all, which I loved. I made sure to go back to him when we actually decided on something a different day. What disappointed me though is I was told the delivery would occur before the 8th of May (I purchased last weekend of April) and when I called for an update on the 6th because I hadn’t heard anything, I was told they couldn’t get it to me any sooner than the 15th of May despite the fact that it was in stock the day of purchase. I understand they are busy. I also understand that because I don’t live in city limits, I paid $70 for delivery, so I feel like if I’m told one day, it should be THAT day, not a week later. Jeff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with welcoming smile and introduction. Jeff does not miss a beat. Right away he was quick to assist us in finding a bed. Had all the numbers all of the deals everything all lined up there was no confusion no wondering or concerns as he brought up everything that we could have wanted in a bed and pricing and making sure that we were comfortable with everything all around such a good experience including the fact that he brought the bed right away literally following us to our house.I also have children that are a little rambunctious at times. He put my mind at ease with a generous act of surprising my little boy with some candy. Mike was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and also very kind with helping us find exactly what we were looking for as well as staying open longer then the store's hours so that my husband could make it in to see what I had liked. Helped my husband get to a price we felt fit our budget and that made us feel good. We had a rough 2018 with much loss in our family as well that I had two back surgeries and we got the bed which we bought at Rooms & Rest installed on the 16th (yesterday) which was wonderful!
