My husband and I went into the store to look at sectionals, which the store had quite a few of them. We really didn't know what we wanted for a sectional but Kipp showed us all of them, from reclining to chaise. He was so patient and kind. After we decided on what sectional we wanted to purchase I mentioned that I needed a new bed. Kipp showed us all the beds from traditional to new technology (Tempra-pedic). What an experience, we didn't know about the new technology. Kipp was so knowledgeable about these beds, amazing. We tried all the beds to see what we would be interested in and decided on the Tempra-pedic with the adjustable base. I was leery about getting it because of the expense and if I could get a good nights sleep on it. Kipp reassured me that I should take at least a month to sleep on it and see if I like it. If it didn't work out, I could get a different mattress. It was a win, win. When Matt and his crew delivered the sectional and bed, they were awesome. We initially went in to just purchase a mattress for the Master bedroom but after realizing how comfortable the new technology is to sleep on, we purchased a new mattress and box spring for the Master as well as the guest room. With their great finance options we also decided to buy a new bed frame with headboard and footboard and 2 new nightstands as well. He was very diligent in tracking our order and keeping us posted as to when it would arrive. It actually arrived a little earlier than expected they offered us white glove delivery service which is worth every penny. The delivery people came in set up all of our new furniture as well as hauling the old stuff away we couldnât be more pleased with the product we purchased and the service we got from start to finish.Thank you so much you will get our return...
   Read moreUpdate: A year and a half later, one of the couch cushion zippers broke. We were instructed to file a claim with the extended warranty, but it was declined. We were then told it should be covered by Ashley Furniture directly. However, after reaching out to Ashley, no action has been taken, despite the fact that it was acknowledged that the damage wasnât caused by us and was, in fact, a defect. Now, weâre told our only option is to pay for a replacement, which we are not willing to do. Both of our large purchases through Ashley Furniture, came with the promise that everything would be covered under the warranty we paid for, yet that has proven to be false. We are deeply disappointed with the service weâve received after our initial purchase.
