Late afternoon, early evening on a Thursday; more employees in the store than customers. I spent over an hour choosing 13 fabrics for 5 quilts. I was surprised when the clerk called for another associate to come and help cut my fabric, because there was no other customer in the department. The young lady that came to help had a difficult time, because she was actually cutting backwards and was not completely grasping the fraction concept on the ruler. She even cut one of my fabrics a full yard short, which I caught because I was folding the fabrics myself, at my request. They both tried to tell me the piece was 3-1/4yd, because that's what she wrote down, but I held it up and said it was just over 2 yds. When she remeasured, it was 2-1/4yds, just as I said. After all of the fabrics were finally cut, I took the two pages with the prices on it up to the register. The cashier was very standoffish at best. She never greeted me, and when I asked for two bags she ignored my request. Once she'd finally entered all of the prices into the register, she gave me my total, which was actually $100 less than what I noticed was on the screen. I commented that I thought it said $313.19, to which I got no response. I put the fabric into two bags as she held them, still not even acknowledging me. I paid with my credit card, she stapled my receipt to the two pages, then proceeded to hand it to me without so much as a thank you or have a nice day or any other verbal interaction with me. At that point, I really seriously considered asking for my money back and leaving the fabric set. After that kind of disrespect, I was angry. I've done a lot of business in that store, but I see it coming to an abrupt halt after this kind of mistreatment. If your employees do not know how to treat your customers, you are going to lose a lot...
Read moreIt's a nice store, I bought a lot of the decorations for my wedding here. However, the last time I was there, I picked up some stems from the 50% off area in the front. The cashier charged me full price and so I had to drag everything back in to her and question why I was charged full price. She told me she wasn't sure where I got them from the front sale area or over in the back which wasn't on sale. So her solution to that was to charge me full price which was irritating. I did get it figured out but I wasted a good 20 minutes that I shouldn't have had to. That's the one thing that might keep me from patronizing this...

Helpful staff, and good prices Easy to spot entrance with plenty of room for wheelchair entry I found the in store aisles are a little narrow,b especially if the store is busy there is barely passing room for carts or a wheelchair. They had plenty of staff on hand to assist with any questions, and lots of registers open for purchased. A great...
