I recently visited a movie theater where I had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding staff, particularly Liz, Greg, and Alexa. Initially, I had an issue where I paid for two full-price tickets even though I had a three-year-old with me. I spoke to Liz over the phone, and she was incredibly nice and understanding. She assisted me in getting this issue resolved promptly and was very courteous throughout the conversation.
When I arrived at the theater, there was a large, obnoxious crowd causing a disturbance. Liz and Greg were vigilant in managing the situation, doing their best to ensure the crowd did not cause further nuisance. Despite their efforts, I felt uncomfortable staying, so I approached Greg. He was very understanding and offered me two tickets and two free popcorns as an apology.
I returned the next day, and Liz, Greg, and Alexa were all present. Alexa assisted me in getting my free popcorn and was very welcoming and friendly. Liz and Greg apologized once again for the previous day's inconvenience, which I appreciated. The theater itself was immaculate, the seats were extremely comfortable and reclined all the way back, enhancing the overall viewing experience.
Overall, my experience at the theater was fantastic. The management, particularly Liz and Greg, were great, and Alexa's friendliness made a big difference. I got to watch "Mufasa," and it was an amazing experience. I would definitely return to this theater due to the excellent customer service and comfortable environment. It’s a hidden gem and I almost didn’t want to write about it, but the staff was so amazing in every way that I felt it would be rude not to.

Read moreThis theater plays recent releases and the price is always right. Whether its a cheap date night or a family outing this is a good destination to catch a film. The staff are quick and courteous, the facilities are clean and functional, and the seats are comfortable.
The snack stand does develop a considerable wait during peak hours and you do pay movie theater prices for most items. Hot dogs are $1 however and ALL BEEF, BONUS!
Pros: - Tickets under 5 Dollars, often 3.50 for a matinee Dollar Hot Dogs! Clean Facilities
Con: Busy Snack Line at peak hours, please hire more snack attendants OR float other employees to snack stand at peak hours to open additional registers OR streamline snack purchase and fulfillment process.
I mean, this is what cost a star in this review, for realzies, I'm serious about my movie snacks and the process seems tedious. It would be one thing if the popcorn was exhausted and the ICEE's were slushing a new batch but it really seems like with a bit of thought the snack process could be quite faster.
Now, I understand that there will be customers who arrive at the counter, unprepared to order, with dozens of questions that could make you question how they reasoned their way into your theater in the first place, and if this is the case (Habitually and prohibitively to the goal of snack fulfillment streamlining), please let me know and I will send my apologies and improved rating, POST HASTE.

Read moreI will never come back to this theater. We went to see Barbie on a Saturday afternoon. There were no employees anywhere when we walked in. At 3pm on a Saturday. We walked right back because no one scanning tickets. The only reason we knew where to go was because our online tickets said the theater number. If you get auditorium 3, good luck. When we got to our seats, several of our recliners were broken. We had to go find an employee to help us find different seats. The new seats he put us in were already occupied by a father daughter duo who moved there because their original seats also didn’t work. We passed an older lady who said her recliner didn’t work either. In the new seats, half of our party got non-reclining seats AGAIN and sat upright the whole time since the movie had already begun. During the movie, children behind us were watching videos at a high volume and the employees didn’t address it. They were probably movie hopping considering no one was scanning tickets. I contacted Fandango for a refund who said the theater had to issue it. I emailed the theater with no response. The worst part is the tickets were just as much as the other chains.
