I paid for not the minimum 60 mins, but 90 mins x 5 people. Bought a pizza and drinks. Only one supporting the snack bar. Pizza is listed at 20 bucks, but charged at 20% more. We were having a great time. Wife and kids having fun. I walked up to one of the employees after a while and asked how much time do we have left. He couldn’t figure out what color my kids bracelets were. I said I would call that neon. He said it looks like yellow. I say sure. After thinking a while and looking at his color card and thinking a while some more, he said “you have until 2:30”….which was another hour. 15 minutes later my wife and kids are putting their shoes on saying a guy told them they’re done, their time’s up. I asked the guy, I just talked to you 15 minutes ago and you said we had another hour, what changed? He responds that he looked at the color of the kids bracelets again and decided they’re a different color. I pulled out my receipt and it states clearly what times we start and end. I showed him we still had another 15 mins. I showed him. He stared at the receipt for a while. Everyone’s shoes are on again at this point. Eventually I asked what’s the problem, what’s the debate. He says I need to call a supervisor. I laughed and said “yeah let’s spend 30 mins figuring it out here.” The supervisor comes after a bit and stares at the receipt and says he is correct and our bracelets indicate we are done. I state the receipt says we have more time. She says it’s the cashiers fault for giving us the wrong bracelets. She says we can use up our time, but that the guy who called us off the mats is correct. …Got it. No apology, no admitting any fault, just a reassurance that her employee was not wrong, mentions it twice. Nice customer service! We now get to put our socks back on. We just wasted 7 mins and the inconvenience. In the proceeding 60 seconds everyone who works there is listening intently on their headsets and smiling. I’m sure the shift lead was professional in her words to the staff giving some instructions considering everyone is smiling/laughing/smirking as they listen on headsets. Then the next 3 employees I see stop me to ask me if I’m good. Im puzzled and respond I’m fine. Yes I’m happy I spent money for the upgraded 90 min passes x 5 people and am the only one supporting the snack bar, bought a full pizza which is mislabeled in price and drinks and supported your business and you are kicking us out early. I’ll pretend it’s your first week open, and you haven’t been in town for 5-10 years. You aren’t the only ones in town who run a business. I can’t imagine handling an issue that arises like this as a business owner. You might consider some retraining at a couple different levels and what to tell customers when a concern is brought to your attention. It’s not doubling down on: we aren’t wrong, trailing with no apology at all....
Read moreWish I could give negative stars. Let me start off by saying they completely LOST my reservation two days prior to my kids birthday party even though it was booked and paid for two months prior and they fully booked the day up. The lady manager was very understanding and made it right by kicking the other party out of the room, which is the only good thing I can say about this place. This is the absolute worst party experience I (and my party guests) have ever experienced. WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE are allowed in this place at a time. The party host (mark?) was following me around asking a million questions and constantly telling me I was on a time limit. Mind you, after paying $1,000 for this joke of a party there, I was only allowed 45 min in a party room which apparently included set up and cleanup time. I was let into the party room at least 10 minutes late because the party before us was in there cleaning up their huge mess (during my room time) and trying to remove big balloon arches, even after being told there were no balloons allowed in the place. So after being let in late, the party host kept rushing us to get out of the room. I reminded him that I had been let into the room late and wanted my full-time. He then went and got his manager, some young guy who was short, rude, and unprofessional to come in and tell me, regardless of when I was let into the room to start my party I would not be allowed to stay in there my full amount of time that I paid for. So all in all, I think we maybe got 30 to 35 minutes of party time. Does that sound like it’s worth $1000 to you? Cause it was an absolute waste of money to me. You guys need to allow for set up and cleanup time separately from the guest party time. Allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes between each party reservation to go in and do what you need to do, do not count that into time that someone has already paid for. I also paid for drinks that were locked up in a fridge that my guest could not access. Every time someone wanted a drink, someone had to come in and unlock the fridge. How stupid is that? I ended up leaving that place leaving behind a ton of stuff that I had already paid for because it was locked up in a refrigerator and nobody got to drink. Not only will I never host a party there again, but I will be sure to let every person I know what a joke of a...
Read moreI recently had a birthday party at Flight Adventure Park for my kiddo's birthday. We had a fabulous time with the staff there. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful but I have two to give a shout out to. JJ was our party coordinator and he did an incredible job of helping us with the party room, food and drinks, running around to get us waters while on the floor. He went above and beyond to get us and our guests taken care of. I wish I had gotten a photo of JJ in the party room. He made sure we got our group photo and was kind enough to ask if the song was okay to sing and if they should bring down the volume since many of our kiddos are special needs. That extra attention to detail spoke volumes and he communicated with me every step of the way. Another wonderful person we encountered was Lucian by the dodgeball and basketball court area. Lucian helped keep an eye on everyone in our group there to ensure they were having a blast and making sure they stayed safe after we talked about the birthday party and who was attending. He even made sure to go up to my kiddo and wish him a happy birthday. We had a fun time. I appreciate the staff here keeping an eye out and ensuring everyone's safety. Especially with how hectic it can be to run around and keep an eye on everyone while throwing a party. That extra sense of security...
