Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Balch Springs

Went to this location March 14th 2018 at 10:08pm to order a Wacky Pack kids meal and Ultimate Chicken Deluxe Combo. Went home bit the sandwich and it was of a texture I’ve never chewed in my life dealing with fried chicken. So I spit the food in a napkin then looked at the sandwich. The chicken patty was a bruised grayish brown color so I took pictures and didn’t eat the sandwich kept my receipt. My brother went to this same location March 31, 2018 at 1:25pm ordered two #2s on TEXAS TOAST. He comes home and these sandwiches have 1 patty instead of 2. I called spoke with the owner he hung up in my face and in so many words called me a liar he said my brother order the #2s n he hand made them himself. I found that funny because I had the sandwich on the table with one patty took it back to the SONIC with one patty. Now the receipt said my brother order two #1s which what was made up in our order. I don't normally review but after what happened to me and my wife at this location was not a good experience. We came here just to order a couple drinks. It was all we needed for a hot day. We parked and pressed the button on the intercom and waited for someone to take out order. After 6 minutes still no one had bothered to pick up and take our order. A car hopper came out and delivered food to the car next to us. We asked him kindly can someone please take our order. He said that the reason no one took our order yet is because they were waiting for a Spanish speaker to do so since me and my wife were Hispanic. After he saw we spoke perfect English he seemed surprised and went back inside. We again waited for someone to take our order and another 5 minutes passed . Another hopper came and delivered someone else's food. We asked him as well can someone take our order. He looked at us like we were dumb and walked off. Finally we just left after 20 minutes and no one to serve us. All cuz we were Hispanic. Seriously Sonic? This is good service? I waited a good 25 minutes for a shake and a corn dog. There wasn't much cars. And I noticed the others were waited long as well. When I ordered they told me they didn't have whipped cream for the shake and I said that was fine, after 25 minutes the girl came out and asked me the same question about the shake and I told her that I already had said that was fine so she went in and fix my shake and I still waited another 5 minutes after that. When she came out with my order she didn't have any change and she didn't give me any mustard for my corn dog and she said, well I'm going to go get it, and I said never mind just keep it. So after keeping my change I ended up tipping her $2, I just wanted to go home. And I waited that long because I was really craving for what I ordered. But left a little disappointed.
