KFC — Restaurant in Balch Springs

Hello everyone this is to alert any future customers who lives around the Balch springs area. This place is really corrupted, recently tried to buy some chicken from this location, everything went well until I got charged by the worker who probably has no idea what was going on but the management there is so corrupted, they swiped my card and blamed the system from going down right after the transaction went through, They tried charging me a second time lucky I checked my bank account and told them the transaction went through my account why would you guys charge me double, the shift leader Andrew replied with, “there system didn’t show it went through” so as the transaction was pending I decided to not make a big deal and ask if my pending transaction goes through I well come back to get my refund and he agreed to it. 2days later the transaction went through so I stop by and get my refund back witch could have been avoided if they would have just gave me the food I had already paid for as i showed them my account had already paid for it that day but the manager Saul insisted to deny my request so as I ask for my money back the manager Saul responded back with a very unprofessional response stating “my daughter “perla “ is the area coach do as you please it won’t matter to me” after hearing this I was shocked to know the owner Ryan we’ll have such people working for him, not only was the daughter the area coach but the shift leader was the son, this shows why this location simply isn’t doing well with customers they are committing frauds and I hope the management gets caught my order was a $50 dollar order that they simply stolen from me worst Kfc...

Visited this location at 9:08 on 10/22/20. It took about 15 minutes to get my food (and did not receive a receipt). I pulled up to double check everything & noticed one of the chicken littles was wrong. Drove up to the front door & tried to call the restaurant to see if they could swap it out for me real quick. After 4 calls with no answer I walked up to the door and showed the chicken littles - they signaled that I had to go back through the drive thru. While sitting in the drive thru I called a few more times and someone finally answered. I explained the situation & that it had been another 10 minutes since I got my food and they said they would replace my meal for the inconvenience. However, once I finally got to the window he said there was nothing he could do about it, so I asked for a refund and a receipt. He gave me a refund and said the receipt printer was broken, so I asked for the receipt number. He said I couldn’t have the receipt number since I got a refund. I explained that I had now been there for over 30 minutes and to leave with no food or cold food wasn’t okay, and that I would like to submit a feedback, and that a receipt number should be provided so that I can do that. He said “sorry, not today” and shut the window.

My toddler has been sick and unable to hold anything down for days. And now that he finally is feeling a little better, he just wanted some tendies. So here I am driving to the Town East KFC to get my baby his tendies since this KFC would rather throw food in the trash and lose a sale, instead of replacing the meal so I wouldn’t have to take cold tenders home to my...

First, the deals are online and on the app, but this location shows as not accepting online orders. After bringing this up I had to go inside to ask about it. The guy at the front was very nice and wanted to help, but no one seemed to know why it was down. The prices sky rocket in store and no one can help this. The manager comes around and just says “nothing we can do”.

Second, I give in and spend double for less food so I don’t have to drive somewhere else. The food is ready immediately after check out. I thought maybe I got lucky. The truth of the matter is, I just paid double for the worst food I have gotten in at least a year and compared to every place I’ve been to. The chicken was grimey, the tenders were literally bricks, but me of the biscuits were straight dough, and the fries were from yesterday. We did however enjoy the world’s tiniest bowl of mashed potatoes.

Price was $36, we forced down a tender and one piece of chicken and tossed the rest. Shame.
