Read moreI do not recommend broken horn saddlery for tack and saddle repairs. So I took my saddle to broken horn to get fixed and this is what I got back. I came in with a missing concho, asked that they find a piece similar to it or just replace all the conchos with new ones and I asked if they could get the saddle cleaned and oil. I'm not sure if the saddle guy is affiliated with broken horn or what. I was quoted between $80-$120 and that it would be done in a week. Well two weeks go by and no calls me for a heads up. So I show up and apparently my saddle is ready and I get charged for $120. So basically I payed $120 for one concho, no saddle oiled or cleaned and horrible...
