I’ve never ever had an issue until last month on oct took my new cowgirl boots to Felipe the shoe repair man took him more than a month to get my boots from him he was making excuses and lies, very unprofessional getting very rude and to top it off he couldn’t find my boots and still have the courtesy to tell me I had picked them up already when I still had the my receipt this man made me waste gas& time and still gave him another chance he didn’t do anything. I do not recommend broken horn saddlery for tack and saddle repairs. So I took my saddle to broken horn to get fixed and this is what I got back. I came in with a missing concho, asked that they find a piece similar to it or just replace all the conchos with new ones and I asked if they could get the saddle cleaned and oil. I'm not sure if the saddle guy is affiliated with broken horn or what. I was quoted between $80-$120 and that it would be done in a week. Well two weeks go by and no calls me for a heads up. So I show up and apparently my saddle is ready and I get charged for $120. So basically I payed $120 for one concho, no saddle oiled or cleaned and horrible...

Let me tell you....I am a second generation loyal Broken Horn Saddlery customer. I grew up riding in Broken Horn saddles and it was always so exciting when Mom said that we were going to Broken Horn. I visited the new location and fell in love with a beautiful BH consignment saddle that I just had to have.
