Avoid this location! Very unprofessional and completely wasted my time. I put a BRAND NEW kingdom hearts hd 2.8 limited edition game on hold overnight (3/3/18) and received an email confirming the game was ready for pick up the next day (3/4/18 @approx 11am). Called several times after 12pm (they do not open until 12pm on sundays), to confirm my reserve, but no one answered.
My friend drove all the way to this location (he lives closer than I do) to pick up the game on my behalf and they initially couldn’t find the game. When they found it, it was in a “used game” sleeve. They originally wanted to charge me a “brand new” game price. After requesting to speak to the manager (Dajuan) and pleading my case (over my friend’s phone) how a game in a sleeve is not brand new because the game is NOT sealed anymore and voids any refund for a brand new game, they called the district manager and got approval to take off 10%. I’m an elite pro member and can get more off for a typical used game. After I agreed to accept the 10% off THEY THEN COULDNT EVEN FIND THE CASE FOR THE GAME! This was the final straw. They actually had a nerve to be frustrated as if I DID something wrong. I didn’t buy the game.

Three of them were my grandkids; the youngest was my 7 year old grandson. The others were 14, 13 and 12. A young ADULT MALE was having a conversation with the cashier when walked in. I was holding the 7 year old's hand when we walked in. The other three went to the back and started conversing about a few games. The 7 year old and I were looking at games that were age appropriate for him. I dropped his hand and picked up a game to show him. In that split second, the dude at the register honed in on my grandson trying to ask him questions about his online activity and PASSED HIM HIS PHONE for my grandson bro put in his information. My grandson tapped me and said, "Grandma, I'm confused. That man gave his phone and I don't know what to do with it." Needless to say, I went ballistic in that store and removed all of my grandkids.
