Henry Nail — Attraction in Baltimore

They do not listen to you or cater to what you’re asking for. The older gentleman that works there is extremely rough and refuses to go any softer, he hurt both me and my friend badly during the course of getting our nails done. After I had asked him so many times to be more gentle because I have extremely sensitive skin, cuticles, and nails themselves he proceeded to leave me unattended for 30 minutes assuming someone else would handle my manicure for him. When that lady finally got there she argued with me about the thickness of my nails, she barely understands any English, and I still got less than a mediocre set out of it. I still proceeded to pay full price and tip her and my pedicurist, I even tipped another lady there who hadn’t helped me at all simply because her personality and her attitude were the only things that kept me from flashing on everyone that touched me while I was there. If it wasn’t for her everyone would’ve gotten screamed at and left without payment. I would never go here again it’s only been five days since I got my nails done and one has ripped off three have lifted all the way and all of my sore fingers feel like they’re bleeding underneath because of how roughly I was treated. By far one of the worst nail experiences this year don’t let the pictures for you just because they say they can do extra long nails doesn’t mean any of them know what...

Every nail salon and tech have different specialties. My partner found a design she wanted and I decided to look for someone who really cares deeply about their work as a nail artist. If you wish the same, I recommend to schedule with Ms. Pauline.

The atmosphere is the most comfortable nail salon I’ve been to in the area. Very welcoming, professional, and tidy.

When the acrylic powder stung, my partner asked what to do because it hurt. Ms. Pauline sprayed her nails then they instantly felt better.

I went to Henry nails on Wednesday evening 11/27/2019 Linda did my Gel polish change, Pedicure, and Individual Lashes. In the process of her applying the lashes to my right eye I felt something hit my eyeball I informed her that I felt something hit my eyeball so she stopped so I could rub my eye and I did so gently. Then she continued the eye lash extension process. My eye continued to feel like something was still in there. As the days went by my eye turned red and runny. I went to urgent care to seek medical attention and was told that the glue that she dropped in my eye hit my pupil directly in the center. I am now on antibiotics awaiting to see and eye doctor.
