Le's Nail Bar - Nail Salon in Mondawmin Mall — Attraction in Baltimore

It started out pretty good. Was working with a tech named Lucy went there on two or three occasions. I had an experience last week that was not pleasant nor pleasing. Lucy was unavailable so I decided to go along with someone else. The tech put a nail on that was crooked and then refused to acknowledge that it was placed on crooked and continued to file at it and file at it until it only looked worse. Then I had to ask someone else to assist me in correcting it because the other tech refused to acknowledge that she had also painted one nail as a French incorrectly from one to the other, it didn't match. When I initially asked for the color black they said they didn't have any more black nail polish. Of course, I chose my nail polish color before she got started so she knew she didn't have black to begin with but proceeded with my nail service anyway .What nail salon doesn't have black nail polish and funny bunny? They are rude, tip hungry and unaccomodating. I tried to bare and grin on several occasions but it is impossible to get great service from this salon. It's very unfortunate but every person that walks in that salon is not ignorant. they're not rude, they just want good service and they treat people horribly. I've watched them do it over and over again and it's not okay. Not sure how they've been able to stay in business. Probably because it's the only nail salon at the mall, needless to say I didn't tip and I won't be returning. Convenience is sometimes a heavy price to pay and I'm not willing to do that anymore, because it's no longer worth it. I'd rather just return to the nail salon in Harford County where I reside and get the service that I am rightfully due. Also, they need to clean up more and stop using poor and mediocre quality products. Chow Bella to Le and their onterauge.

The first time I stopped here was cool. I took my 7 year old to get her nails polished and the lady was very nice. Yesterday, I called what I thought was this place and was told to come but not take longer than the 20 minutes I said it would take to get there. Before we walked in 3 women walked in to meet the woman that was waiting for them. Anyway, I asked the young lady who was good for pedicures and she pointed out the lady at station 4. We waited for a long while and then the lady from station 4 came and asked me if I was waiting for her and I said yes. She was so rude when she said oh no that my last customer. Then she proceeded to yell through the shop that I said I’d called but it wasn’t here. She said she was tired blah blah blah. Everyone was laughing even though I didn’t find it funny at all. It was an honest mistake and I even asked the person on the phone if they were across from the post office. Instead of nicely letting me know I called the wrong place and they were booked they laughed and were rude. The same lady that did my daughter’s nails before offered to take one of us. She was the only one that was professional and nice so if they ever do get my money it will go to her. I’ve been going here for years now and listen, Nini is honestly the BEST to ever do nails — hands down! I’ve been going to her for a while, and every single time she never disappoints. She’s so patient and always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Her work is so neat and clean, and her ideas are always so creative and beautiful. Half the time, I don’t even have to tell her what I want — I just let her do her thing because I trust her talent completely. The way she brings her inspiration to life is unmatched!

Not only does Nini eat down on my nails every time, but she also does my eyebrows better than anyone else ever has. No one can touch them like she does! If I can’t get an appointment with her, then I’m not going to anyone else — that’s how much I trust her work.

On top of all that, Nini has the sweetest personality! She’s so easy to talk to, and our conversations always make my appointments fly by. She’s not just my nail tech — she’s someone who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel comfortable and valued every single time. Her energy is always positive, her space is always clean and welcoming, and she puts so much love into what she does.
