FIRST...Ive had other issues w t location but, never posted anything...I can just keep it moving to another Dispensary.....whatever

But, you know what?...truth be told and heard...the spotty customer service has brought me to an end with this (no-pun-intended) joint.

I do very regular business with 2 other local stores...Maggies/Liberty Cannabis has not been on my regular list- for good reason.

So, I like Airo vapes...lss..saw a pod online (1g @ $50)...and knowing that, sometimes, when certain products are in overstock, there may be an awesome price special....

I thought I'd found that but, after showing up, purchasing and stepping outside, I realized I'd been given the wrong item.

I went right back in and explained the situation.

They had sold me something at a price "not as advertised"... I waited while the (so-called) "shift lead"- wish I'd gotten this a-holes name...but, his PR skills were straight ghetto...his approach/response to a VERY blatant f/u pointed out by several staff onsite (I listened to them chatter about how, "yeah, they haven't fixed that...")...and his response was, "you can take this as compensation or not"...and when I voiced disappointment and wouldnt be returning...the "shift lead" says, "that's fine" .....his customer service skills are straight outta West-side Mickey Dees...

This is one of the, very, less popular dispensaries in the area....I see why.

Too many places with educated, professionals with ACTUAL people skills.

This guy was a joke...trying to debate me about "retail" value.....like I said...ghetto, with absolutely, no skills.

Too many reputable dispensaries for myself and friends to spend money on...good to be reminded why I had...

Terribly rude phone staff, Amanda not the best manager, poor deescalation and customer satisfaction skills. Called at 11:11 was told that I can stack my first patient discount on any item even discounted items on menu today. So that’s %25 off on top of the already discounted product. I told my brother about this as he hasn’t been to Maggie’s either. he went there first off they were very rude. Then they wouldn’t honor what they said in the phone and said we were “miss informed” which isn’t right. They should’ve honored what we were told in the first place(discounted items can have first patient discount stacked on top) and everyone would be happy. Instead she said that she would get in trouble and her employees would too even though I was told that they can stack the two deals. Not fair manager was rude. The solution was to give another discount for our next shop for the inconvenience, why not just honor what was said in the first place at 11:11 that morning by phone staff. Didn’t make me want to even enter the dispensary based off of my brothers experience. Not sure that I can say either of us will ever be back. Wasted lots of our gas as we don’t live close and wasted our time and money as my brother was under the impression that his order was a different price based on what the reception at Maggie’s told me 11:11 am which again they said that the first patient discount is stackable on the entire order even if already discounted items are added. Not fair. Not professional. Not medical professionalism. I am glad I didn’t order also as I would have been a lot more mad about them not honoring something they told me...

SHAKE & TRIM!!! Only in MARYLAND do you see places wasting energy selling SHAKE & TRIM, & at such bloated prices. Lots of unhappy staff who understandibly hate being there. The quality is always subpar for the high prices. Flower is unnecessarily expensive and always old, the sale days are not a good deal, who wants SHAKE & TRIM!!!? Lol they are ripping customers off with trash products. Tons of poorly produced flower that they slap huge price points on. The state of things in dispensary like this is $$$$$$quality. It's a shameless enterprise, I get it, that's life. But the fact that they expect you to pay more than 250$ for an oz of something decent. And they are not offering anything worthwhile. The blackmarket is a better way. Keep waiting for decriminalization on a federal level to help drive price gougers like this place out of practice. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY PREMIUM FOR SHAKE AND TRIM!! 100$ per Pound of trim is what you should be paying. Nothing except greed is preventing more200$/oz for well produced flower. The prices are pure speculation, and highway robbery. Creeps like this place are a nice example of how bad business is the main business of MARYLAND. Nickel and dime every step. Such a shame. Alot of staff that opened this place have left and said the multiple ownership through the years are despicable and will never improve. Gonna go to storehouse....
